Gold Support Package

What is covered?

All the usual stuff:

  • Unlimited support of all servers.
  • Unlimited support of all laptops/desktops.
  • Management of all ADSL/SDSL internet connections.
  • Support for all onsite networking equipment (routers, switches, hubs, wireless access points, cabling, etc).
  • Managed antivirus and anti-spam email/files for servers and all PCs.
  • Email support for desktops and laptops (Email groups, missing email, bounce-backs, non-delivery reports, spam issues).
  • Internet and network connectivity issues for users.
  • Daily tape/external drive backup monitoring and issue resolution with monthly report.
  • Support for all printers & fax machines.
  • Customer’s own software support up to 4hrs per month.

And a few useful things thrown in:

  • Unlimited support for Exchange email on BlackBerry, iPhone and Nokia/other phones.
  • New user setup – Email, network drives, printing, etc.
  • User moves.
  • FREE loan equipment when needed - for up to 30 days (desktops, laptops, peripherals etc wherever available).
  • Unlimited time onsite where needed.
  • Remote support for home workers and onsite where needed (out of hours available when arranged in advance).
  • FREE managed offsite file backup service (Offsite backup up to 100GB).
  • Supporting in-house IT projects up to 4hrs per month ie office moves .

When is support available?

For free:

  • Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Monday to Friday – 5:30pm to 7:00pm
  • Saturday and Sunday – 10am to 4pm when arranged in advance or in urgent situations
All support outside these hours is chargeable at our standard hourly rates.
